Meet Gita Faust

I'm a real estate accounting advisor, fractional CFO, and founder of RealEstateAccounting.com. For more than 25 years, I’ve helped real estate investors, landlords, property managers, and agents turn messy books into clean, useful numbers so they can make decisions with confidence instead of guesswork.

At RealEstateAccounting.com, I combine CFO-level advisory, bookkeeping, and controller services, and step-by-step QuickBooks® courses created specifically for the real estate industry. My team and I help you:
  • Set up and maintain accurate, property-level bookkeeping
