Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern participation in the affiliate program offered by Fast Track Accounting Services, Fast Trac Consulting / RealEstateAccounting.com (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By applying or participating, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment & Approval

You must submit an application. We may approve or decline at our discretion and may request additional information about your identity, audience, platform, or promotional methods.

2. Affiliate Links & Tracking

After approval, you will receive a unique tracking link (and/or coupon code if issued). You are responsible for using your tracking assets correctly. We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by ad blockers, browser settings, cookie restrictions, device switching, or user behavior.

3. Commission, Cookie Window & Qualifying Purchases

A Qualifying Purchase is a completed paid purchase attributed to your affiliate link (or approved code) within the cookie window.
  • Commission: Up to 30% per Qualifying Purchase
  • Cookie window: 120 days
  • Refunds: No clawbacks for refunds. If an order was legitimately tracked to you, we do not reverse your commission due to a standard refund.
No commissions are paid on:
  • Fraudulent purchases
  • Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments
  • Purchases using unauthorized discounts or prohibited methods
  • Self-referrals (your own purchase through your own link), unless explicitly approved in writing

4. Payouts (ACH Only)

  • Payout schedule: Monthly via ACH
  • You must provide accurate payment and tax information before payouts can be issued.
  • We may delay payout if we detect suspected fraud, abnormal activity, or tracking manipulation during a review.

5. Taxes & Required Forms

You are responsible for any taxes related to affiliate earnings. We will require tax documentation before payment (e.g., a W-9 for U.S. affiliates and a W-8BEN for non-U.S. affiliates) as soon as you are approved.

6. Promotional Rules (Keep It Clean)

You may promote through your website, email list, social media, podcasts, webinars, and communities where promotion is allowed.

You may not:
  • Make misleading claims (income guarantees, “guaranteed refinancing,” “IRS-proof,” “you’ll save X dollars,” etc.)
  • Spam (unsolicited mass DMs, comment spam, scraped lists, bots) Impersonate the Company or present yourself as official support
  • Run ads bidding on our brand name or variations (Fast Track Accounting Services, Fast Trac Consulting, RealEstateAccounting.com, Gita Faust) without written permission.
  • Use coupon/deal sites, cashback, or browser extensions unless approved in writing
  • Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, or any deceptive tracking method

7. Trademarks, Domains & Social Handles

You may not register, use, or promote any domain names, social handles, pages, or ad accounts that include or imitate our brand names, trademarks, or personal names, including but not limited to:

  • Fast Trac Consulting
  • RealEstateAccounting.com
  • Gita Faust
  • Fast Track Accounting Services
  • Misspellings, variations, or look-alike versions


You also may not create “official-looking” pages, groups, or profiles that suggest you are the Company or official support.

8. Copyright, Video Training & Intellectual Property

All course content—including videos, training modules, worksheets, templates, checklists, slide decks, scripts, downloads, and course page copy- is owned by the Company and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Affiliates may not:
  • Copy, record, screen-capture, download, repost, upload, stream, or distribute any training videos or course content
  • Share course access, logins, or materials with others
  • Repackage our materials into your own course, membership, templates, coaching program, or paid/free resource
  • Publish our course lessons, video clips, or screenshots publicly without written permission.
  • We may provide approved promotional assets (banners, short clips, swipe copy). Your license to use them is limited, non-exclusive, and revocable, and only for promoting our products.

9. Brand Use & Content Use

You may use only the approved brand assets we provide. You may not alter logos, claim ownership, or copy full sales pages verbatim. You may describe the course in your own words, accurately.

10. Testimonials, Screenshots & Student Results (Permission Required)

Affiliates may not publish or distribute:

  • Student screenshots (Dashboards, QBO screens, worksheets, community posts)

  • Course video screenshots or clips

  • Student messages, emails, or comments

  • Any “results” claims attributed to the course

…unless you have written permission from the Company and (if applicable) the student/client.

If permission is granted:

  • You must keep all claims truthful and not misleading

  • You must avoid guarantees (no “you will refinance,” “you will save X,” etc.)

  • Any screenshots must be anonymized (no names, addresses, account numbers, or identifiable data)

11. Disclosures (FTC & Platform Rules)

You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship anywhere you share your link. Example: “Affiliate link—if you buy, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”

You are responsible for complying with FTC guidelines, email marketing laws, and platform/community rules.

12. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse

We do not claw back commissions for standard refunds (Section 3). However, commissions may be withheld or voided if we determine:
  • Fraudulent purchases
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Tracking manipulation or prohibited promotional methods
  • Material misrepresentation or policy violations

13. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately for violations, fraud concerns, or behavior that harms customer trust.

Upon termination, you must stop using affiliate links and remove Company branding/assets from your platforms. Unpaid commissions tied to fraud, disputes, or violations may be forfeited.

14. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, a partnership, an agency, or a joint venture.

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the affiliate program, including tracking issues, platform outages, or lost revenue.

16. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Notice

Unless otherwise stated in these Terms & Conditions, the Parties agree that all notices to be served under the Agreement shall be in writing and may be sent by email to the other Party’s Registered Email Address.
